Working directly with the Founder & CEO at an urban mobility startup building India's unified transport platform. Shipping production code across frontend prototyping, backend engineering, security auditing, and product strategy.
- Built a 1,686 line React prototype with a 6 screen mobile flow, Leaflet maps, real Chennai transit data across 20 locations and 4 transport modes
- Engineered a mode specific fare estimation engine with Haversine routing, surge pricing, airport zone detection, and paise precision validated against real Uber/Ola/Rapido rates
- Conducted a full codebase security audit across 49 files, identifying 6 critical and 8 high severity vulnerabilities with a prioritised 3 week remediation roadmap
- Authored an ONDC/Beckn protocol integration proposal with competitive analysis, market validation, and a phased implementation plan

Ranked #1 globally across 7 international sunrise prediction platforms, scoring 49/60 across six competitive dimensions. Combines real time weather intelligence from dual data pipelines, a 3 tier AI failover narrative system (Gemini, Groq, deterministic fallback), community driven ground truth validation, and beach specific photography guidance. The v5.6 multi region architecture features MOS auto calibration for new beaches and a Telegram AI chatbot for premium subscribers. The entire platform operates at an infrastructure cost of just INR 275/month. Currently live across 5 beaches in Chennai and ECR South with a phased expansion roadmap targeting all major Indian coastal cities and Southeast Asia.
VetLayer
A full stack Recruiter Decision Intelligence System designed to transform how hiring teams evaluate technical candidates. VetLayer ingests resumes in any format, parses them through LLM powered pipelines, and produces rich candidate intelligence profiles: 10 section editorial briefs covering executive summaries, strengths, ideal roles, talking points, and more. Five core analysis modules work together to deliver capability scoring on a 1 to 5 scale with resume evidence, 11 category risk detection with editorial descriptions, and targeted interview question generation grounded in actual candidate data. The platform supports concurrent batch analysis, ranking multiple candidates against any job description simultaneously, with a professionally formatted PDF export system that generates luxury monochrome briefs with ranked candidate tables and dedicated interview preparation pages. Version 4.0 ships with a complete JWT authentication system with role based access control (admin and recruiter tiers), an admin panel with audit logging, background processing that halved perceived upload times, and three comprehensive codebase audits that resolved all 55 identified findings across critical, high, and medium severity levels. The entire codebase spanning approximately 24,000 lines across 95 files has been published to GitHub, delivering 22 RESTful API endpoints and 10 production grade frontend pages with zero visible technology references in the client facing interface.
